Offices with a Sea View

Esplanade House was another office servicing Access within Southend - one of NatWest's Access facilities. It became vacant when RBS' new building opened in Thanet Grange, Westcliff-on-Sea. In order to avoid paying taxes on an empty building, it was reduced to a shell for some years, before being finally demolished to make way for a hotel.
